• What is the purpose of the Trust Center?

  The Trust Center gives data providers, AI builders, partners, and enterprise reviewers a central place to understand how TRIVDA approaches security, privacy, licensing, access control, and traceability.

• Who can request access to private materials?

  Access can be requested by prospective data providers, prospective AI builders, existing partners, investors, and security or legal reviewers. TRIVDA reviews requests before sharing sensitive documents or agreements.

• Are all documents publicly available?

  No. Public materials provide a general overview of TRIVDA’s trust and security approach. Sensitive documents, agreements, security questionnaires, and detailed policies are shared only after an approved access request.

• How does TRIVDA handle proprietary knowledge from data providers?

  TRIVDA handles proprietary knowledge through permissioned workflows. Data providers define how their assets may be used, and TRIVDA helps manage processing, licensing, access control, and usage traceability.

• Does TRIVDA send provider data to third parties by default?

  No. Provider data is not shared with AI builders or external systems by default. Access is governed by approved use cases, licensing terms, and the specific access model agreed with the data provider.

• How is data access controlled for AI builders?

  AI builders receive access only under defined commercial and usage terms. Depending on the agreement, access may be limited by dataset, use case, volume, retrieval method, buyer, or permitted AI workflow.

• Does TRIVDA support both training data and agentic access?

  Yes. TRIVDA supports licensed datasets for training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and benchmarking, as well as controlled runtime access for agents, copilots, RAG systems, and AI applications.

• How does TRIVDA track usage?

  TRIVDA is designed to track which assets are accessed, when they are used, and under which licensing terms. This supports transparency, reporting, billing, and revenue share with data providers.

• What are subprocessors?

  Subprocessors are third-party providers that may support TRIVDA’s infrastructure, platform operations, communications, payments, security, or data workflows. The list is provided to help partners understand which external services may be involved.

• How do I request access to security or legal materials?

  Use the “Get access” button in the Trust Center. Submit your name, email, company, and reason for the request. TRIVDA will review the request and provide access if appropriate.
